3471047 - Instructor is Unable to Set Completion Time from Add Learning History

After the 1H2024 release,  An instructor is unable to select a Completion Time from the clock pop-out when their date pattern is set to HH:mm.  The clock pop-out will not allow the instructor to set a value for Minutes.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. For the test, ensure you have an Instrutor account that is related to a User account.
2. Set the User's time pattern to HH:mm.
3. Add an Item to the Instructor's Authorized to Teach list.
4. Navigate to Learning > My Classes.
5. Click on Authorized to Teach.
6. Click Record Completions for to the Item.
7. Set a Completion Date (or leave as default).
8. Click on the clock icon.
9. User is unable to select both Hours and Minutes from the clock popout window.

Workaround

Change the Time Pattern for example: hh:mm:ss
