3471090 - No record appears when Pay Group filter is used in Data Replication Monitor

There is no record available in Data Replication Monitor when Pay Group filter is used. However, there are records in the system with the Pay Group values used in the filter.

All the required permissions are granted to the user as outlined in the Granting Permissions for the Data Replication Monitor.

1. You must have chosen Target Entity for Pay Group Filter as Job Information under Data Replication Monitor Configuration object. However, the default value is Compensation Information.

2. The employee, you are expecting in DRM with Pay Group filter applied does not have any value in Pay Group field under Job Information portlet rather he has a Pay Group value in Compensation Information portlet.

The possible solution is one of the below.

1. Choose the Target Entity for Pay Group Filter as Compensation Information under Data Replication Monitor Configuration object, or

2. Provide a value to Pay Group field in Job Information portlet of the impacted employee.
