3471093 - Rejected Purchase Requisitions do not reduce the commitment value and the items in a purchase requisition cannot be deleted-SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

Symptom

1.Purchase Requisition is rejected, but still the commitment value exists.
2.Items in purchase requisition with overall workflow cannot be marked for deletion. When attempting to delete the purchase requisition, you can find that, deletion flag is Greyed Out.
