3471107 - The backoffice collection browser / list view is empty

Symptom

The Collection Browser / List View in backoffice is empty or the below error is displayed.

Failed to render widget [id="hmc2list, definitionid=*com.hybris.cockpitng.collectionBrowser, message=*de.hybris.platform.media.exceptions.MediaNotFoundException: Media not found (requested media location: <media location>)]|

In the logs the below errors can be found:

com.hybris.cockpitng.engine.impl.DefaultWidgetInstanceManager: Updating UI after background operation failed

de.hybris.platform.media.exceptions.MediaNotFoundException: Media not found (requested media location: <media location>)

de.hybris.platform.media.exceptions.MediaNotFoundException: Microsoft Azure specific configuration not found: key 'connection2' was empty.","message":"Microsoft Azure specific configuration not found: key 'connection2' was empty.
