3471129 - Migration of Interview Scheduling using Microsoft Outlook Integration to Work Tech - Recruiting Management

As part of the 1H 2024 release the page Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration will be deprecated and all Microsoft integration configurations, for the entire Successfactors, will be migrated to the Work Tech configuration page. 

This article will provide more details about this migration and useful resources for the customers. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

The product team will simplify the Microsoft integration for SuccessFactors by moving all related configurations to a central page, Work Tech. 

The customers using the Outlook Integration will have the current configuration automatically migrated to the new page on November 15th. There will be no integration interruptions before, during, or after the migration. 

Until the migration date the customers that need to manage the integration can continue to use the Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration page. Once the migration happens, all aspects of the Microsoft integration, including the Teams integration, will be managed using the Work Tech page.
