Trying to upload the 

Open ******* -> in Correction Instruction -> for SAP_UI 755 download the package .

upload the same package via snote -> GOtO -> upload TCI option

OR

In the transaction SPAM, choose Support Package > Load Packages > SAR Archive From Frond End

It shows dump ==>Category ABAP programming error
