3471153 - Unable to connect S4HANA to multiple OnPrem Extractors

User set up the S4HANA on-premises server connector in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, but are unable to connect to source system for all extractors simultaneously.

For best practice, we cannot run multiple on-prem extractors in parallel. In order for us to further troubleshoot, please send us your on-premise log file, which will help provide insight on the connection status.
