3471169 - Signature task error in document flow if manager changed before MPH - Onboarding

After 1H 2024 release, the new Start Date and Manager Change functionality is not working in the event the Onboarding process has an existing Document Flow. If the Manager is changed at this stage, the Task is successfully created for the New Manager, but on opening the Task, an error is seen.

The signing page refers to ONB2FormData object but this object has still a reference to old manager for signing and is not updated correctly.

Workaround

1. Go to Manage Data for the respective process
2. Find toFormData and there will a collection of documents as part of this process
3. Open another tab for Manage Data and find ONB2FormData (Document Data) for one of the ids from step 2.
4. Take action - make correction - If there is a manager user role for that document under formSignatures, it will be pointing to old manager; change it to new manager. Save it
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for the other document ids from reference in point 2.
6. Once all is done, the new manager will be able to open document signing for the new hire.
