3471209 - Searching for Lead with Phone or E-mail in Global Search Cannot Find Results

No results are found when searching for a Lead with the Phone/Mobile number or E-mail in the Global Search.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Click on the search button at the top of the screen;
2. Search for the Phone/Mobile number or E-mail from one of your Leads;
3. No results are found.

It is currently not supported to global search by E-mail and Phone/Mobile numbers from Leads.

This is the expected system behavior.
