3471212 - SF mobile app's red notification reminder is not refreshing in real time

When we are receiving a new approval or approved an existing approval, the red notification reminder number is not refreshed properly.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Step 1.trigger a workflow to test approver
• Step 2.check mobile app, and we did not see the red notification reminder appears at app up-right corner
• Step 3.unless you open app, and click on To Do, then refresh To Do page, then this red notification reminder would be refreshed and showed 1.

Currently this is an expected behavior.

Currently we do not support real-time sync for App notification reminder in up-right corner.

Users have to take an action (pull-to-refresh) to trigger API and get latest data.

Please raise an enhancement request to our Influence so our product manager would need to review and may consider this as a future plan.
