3471240 - XSD: Element reference "xxx" is unresolved with a XSD file which has DTD definition

• In SAP Cloud Integration, when the XSD file is imported in "Message Mapping", the following errors are shown "XSD: Element reference "xxx" is unresolved".
  Error example: "XSD: Element reference 'http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig##Signature' is unresolved  "
  
  
• The referred XSD file has DTD definition(Document Type Definition ).  For example, the XSD doc has a DTD(in red frame) like following Screenshot.
