Symptom

You have two DNS servers configured. One of them is available to SAP system.
During DNS server switch for maintenance work, SQL30081N error happens.

Database error -30081 at CON
SQL30081N A communication error has been detected
Communication protocol being used :"TCP/IP".
Communication API being used: "SOCKETS"

Location where the error was detected: "<IP Address>"
Communication function detecting the error: "selectForRecvTimeout".
Protocol specific error code(s): "78", "*", "*".  SQLSTATE=08001
