3471487 - 1H 2024 - Pay statement not displayed after last release

There are different possible symptoms avoiding that pay statement can be displayed correctly on EC after 1H2024 release:

• Accessing Pay Statement, message below is displayed:
  "We are having trouble displaying your pay periods. Please contact your system administrator and provide the details below:

  • Error Code: 001
  • Error Message: undefined
  • Root Cause: undefined"

• Opening Employee Profile and Payroll Information portlet, next error is displayed:
  

  "Error occurredPlease click this link to automatically search for any knowledge base articles related to this error, or refresh the page and try the action again.
