3471505 - Renaming the Term Incident(s) to Case(s) in SAP Business Bydesign Tenants

With 2405, the term Incident(s) are replaced with case(s). You will find the term case in most of the screens/UI within ByD Tenant.

However there are few screens/scenario, the term is yet to be renamed. This KBA is to make you aware about those screens

SAP Business bydesign

1. ByD Built-in Support & Documentation etc.
2. ByD functionality / Work Center Application and User Management – Incident View (& documentation)
3. Error Messages in the ByD system from “… report an Incident” into “…report a Case”.
4. Some of messages level where success, warning or erroneous conditions are listed
5. CCC and CHD scenarios where again similar changes would be needed
