3471545 - [1H 2024] NHDR step is incorrectly assigned to Hiring Manager - Onboarding

Business rule with scenario "Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review" being Unassigned after 1H 2024 release.
Resulting in NHDR being assigned to hiring manager and not responsible users set in rule

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for a candidate
2. NHDR is assigned to hiring manager
3. Expected NHDR to be assigned to responsible group based on business rule with scenario "Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review"
4. NHDR is assigned to default hiring manager
5. Navigate to Configure Business rules
6. Search with scenario "Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review" 
7. See rule is unassigned

1. Engineering are aware of this issue and investigating further
2. Workaround
   1. Navigate to Configure Business rules
   2. Search with scenario "Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review" 
   3. Assign business rule with scenario "Assign a Responsible Group for Data Review" 
   4. Navigate to Manage Data
   5. Onboarding Configuration
   6. Select DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG 
   7. If DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG does not exist, please create with this code DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG
   8. Under "Rule for Onboarding Task Participants Configuration" select the business rule responsible to assign the data review task for responsible user. 
   9. Save
   10. Restart Onboarding for affected candidates
