You need to find the Message ID on the Message Monitoring in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Reproducing the Issue

To find the message ID please open the failed message, under the message entity name, there is a message ID.

Resolution

See steps above to find the message ID field.

To find the message ID

  1. Go to "Settings".



  2. Go to "All Settings" tab.
  3. Under Integration tab, go to "Message Monitoring"

  4. Check the field Message ID: the value under this filed is the value requested.
