3471698 - Survey Color is Not Saved After Change

In the Style section, when changing the Header, Background, or Section Color of your Satisfaction Survey and saving the new color, upon reopening the Survey, the change is not reflected.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Surveys > Surveys;
2. Open a Satisfaction Survey;
3. Go to tab "Design";
4. Click on Edit mode;
5. On the right side under "Style", change the background color to a different value/color than the current one;
6. Click "Apply";
7. Click "Save";
8. Close the survey;
9. Reopen survey and go to "Design" again;
10. Result: your changes have not been saved. The system shows the original color.

The related MIME type application/json is not available in the business configuration activity "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload". This causes the failure of style document modification.

You need to include the relevant MIME Type for changing colors in Satisfaction Surveys.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center;
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view;
3. Select the relevant Implementation Project;
4. Open the Activity List;
5. Search for "Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload activity";
6. Allow/enable MIME Type text/x-datev;
7. Click Save and Close.

Please note: JSON files must be allowed to upload in SAP Cloud for Customer in order to ensure modification done in survey style are saved and reflected immediately.
