3471726 - Application error when adding a new employee - Employee Central

When adding a new employee an application error happens blocking you to finish the hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

There is a rule that triggers while saving the hire that have more than 1 record which have different rule scenarios. Please consider run a trace to identify these rules: 2257064 - Employee Central - Business Rule Execution Log

In order to fix this is needed to make sure that all records of the rules have one single scenario. For exemple: The rule should not first record as "Basic" and second record scenario is "Trigger Workflows".

When you find the inconsistencies please follow:

1. Go to Configure Business rules
2. Find the affected rule
3. Find the record with "Basic"scenario
4. Click on "Change Scenario"(Please select same scenario that is used already in other records)
5. Save
