3471743 - HTML Report generation error ('Cannot read properties of undefined')

Symptom

The mobile app for Windows Client can't generate HTML reports, unlike the iOS and Android versions. When users try to create an HTML report within the Windows Client, they encounter an error message stating: "Cannot read properties of undefined ('...')."
