• Calendar Date Picker no longer appears after 1H 2024 release.
• Console error: dir(rtl) is not a valid selector.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Edit a job application as recruiter.
2. Click on the calendar icon next to the date field.
3. The date picker does not appear.

The calendar widget is using certain element that is not supported in the browser version you use.

To ensure that you could use the system without any issues, we recommend using the latest browser version as frequently as possible.

In addition, we are constantly adding new features with each release. As we iterate on our product, some of these new features also require the use of more advanced components that are only supported by newer browsers. This applies not only to RCM modules, but also to other modules.

Below is a list of supported desktop browsers after 1H 2024 release:

• Google Chrome: Version 120 and above
• Microsoft Edge: Version 120 and above
• Mozilla Firefox: Version 49 and above
• Safari by Apple: Version 16.4 and above

Workaround: Enter the date manually.
