3471750 - Error "could not load range for start and end date as there are no booked values in your model" when setting a filter on the Time dimension (Range) in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The error "could not load range for start and end date as there are no booked values in your model" occurs when you try to change the range filter for a Time dimension. However, this model contains booked data.

A BW live connection is in use.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. open an SAC story
2. go into the edit mode
3. select the table
4. go to the filter
5. add filters for a time dimension (range)
6. error "could not load range for start and end date as there are no booked values in your model" is shown

This time dimension contains booked data for an abnormal date, for example, 0001-02-01. The range filter dialog is unable to handle such a date.

Please delete the data associated with this date and the issue should be resolved.
