  • Getting an error while click on web assitant in BILP
    The web assistant isn't available. BI Launchpad may not have access to the internet or the proxy is not configured.
  • Found an error in tomcat traces log.
    javax.net.ssl|SEVERE|5C|https-openssl-nio-8443-exec-5|2024-05-13 16:51:11.003 CDT|TransportContext.java:362|Fatal (CERTIFICATE_UNKNOWN): sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
