Symptom
When create a new Data Flow in Datasphere, open Source tab and expand the S/4 HANA Connection to load the resources, below error occurs:
An error occurred while accessing the connection. Open the "Connection" app in the side navigation panel, validate the connection, and view the details. If you do not have access to the "Connection" app, please contact your administrator.
We can provide the following information to assist either you or an SAP engineer to solve the issue:
Correlation ID: XXX
HTTP Status: 500 error
Error Code: getChildrenFailed
Technical Message: Failed to fetch the data. Error in getDisConnectionChildren. Failed to get container children for /. Cause 1: request failed: =1, msg='invalid endpoint" Code:99999;
But, there is not any error when validate the connection.
The same error occurs when use an ABAP connection or when use Replication Flow.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a new Data Flow in Data Builder.
- Open Source tab.
- Expand the S/4 HANA Connection to load the resources.
- Error occurs.
Cause
Authorization is missing for the user in S/4 HANA system.
Resolution
- Logon the S/4 HANA system with the same user which is used in the S/4 HANA Connection.
- Run transaction code SU53.
- Reproduce the issue in Datasphere.
- In SU53, an entry with Result of "Authorization Check: No authorization in user master record" was generated with below details:
Type of Application: RFC Function Module
Application Name: DHAMB_SERVICE_SYSTEM
Authorization Object: S_DHAMBACT
Field 1: DHAMB_ACVT
Value 1: ES - Assign the missing authorization to the user.
