3471907 - Upload file failed with error "Initial value for field BUT000-SOURCE_ID not allowed" when starting Mass Processing of Business Partner for Sales Text update

Symptom

You're expecting to use use Mass Processing - Business Partner App to mass update sales text for customer. When you upload the file you prepared for starting the mass processing, there is error "Initial value for field BUT000-SOURCE_ID not allowed" blocking the upload though all rows in your excel file having proper SOURCE ID maintained.
