In a contract, items listed on the last page are seen instead of items on first pages.

Reproducing the Issue

Prerequisite:- Existing contract in system has huge number of items which are seen in pages from 1 to 10.

  1. Go to Contracts work center.
  2. Search and open any of Contract.
  3. Navigate to Items facet.
  4. List of items shown are items on page 10 and not on page 1.
  5. Sort the page to show the list of items from page 1 instead of items on page 10.


In adaption mode, the sort option selected for items to display is in descending order, due to which items on last page are displayed on the initial page. 


Items for contracts can be displayed based on the option selected in adaptation mode which could be ascending or descending.

Execute following steps to choose sort format to display items on page in ascending or descending manner.

  1. Enter adaptation mode.
  2. Search and open any of the contract.
  3. Go to Overview facet.
  4. click on the edit (pencil icon) on Items section.
  5. In adaptation navigation bar, click on "Sort and Group by" option.
  6. In pop up window, view the option of line row selected the value as descending, which is the reason to show items on Page 10 on items facet .
  7. Select the line row with arrow point down value to ascending to make the items on first page displayed on the initial page.
