The <Region/> and <RegionName/> of bill to party and ship to party are not showing in billing output XML.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

One of the possible cause of this issue is that the data source currently in use does not include fields <Region/> and <RegionName/>.

There are three options:

• Change the data source to FDP_GST_INV_GLO_IN_SRV for the form template in "Maintain Form Template" app.
• To have <Region/> <RegionName/> also available in the current data source, it is recommended to raise a feature request at the SAP Customer Influence Portal.
• Another option is to use extensibility to implement the custom fields.
