3472063 - Option To Upload Signature Manually

Symptom

User does not wants to upload signature manually.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center.
  2. Go to Sales Quote work center view.
  3. Search and open any of Sales Quote.
  4. Go to Attachment facet.
  5. Confirm that an attachment already exists.
  6. Click Action.
  7. Select Sign option.
  8. A pop-up window appears with a signature box.
  9. The Signature has to be filled manually.
  10. No option to insert the signature automatically.

Cause

Automatic insertion of signature is not possible.

Resolution

This is the current behavior.

The user must manually sign in the signature box.
