3472246 - Offboarding Knowledge Transfer plan on Offboardees' Home Page - Onboarding

Knowledge Transfer plan task appears for the offboardee's home page, even though they don't have permission and the tasks is not assigned to them.

After 1H23 release, this is an expected behavior.

It was implemented in the 1H23 release, for more information: Offboardee Experience on the Home Page

• The Create Knowledge Transfer Plan is the responsibility of the manager: Knowledge Transfer Plans responsibility is given to the manager, hence it is not assigned to offboardees, but to the manager.
  However, as an offboardee, they would be able to track / monitor / add notes / nudge the status of their offboarding tasks (KT PLan), so that can ensure that all offboarding formalities are completed on time. Therefore, card is visible.
  
  
• The Knowledge Transfer Plan is an optional task and is likely to be irrelevant to the offboardee: If it is irrelevant to the offboardee then it can be removed from the offboarding program. Once you remove the task from the offboarding program, it will not appear to the offboardee. Since it is optional, if the task is still completed, the offboardee should be able to see the task in their homepage. Hence it is available even if the task is configured as an optional task.

It's system behavior and cannot be removed as it is not controlled via RBP Permissions.

Note: As confirmed in Support Demo environment: the "Create Knowledge Transfer Plan" card will appear on the offboardee's home page when there is an Offboarding process. Once the assignee creates the plan, the card changes to Task.
