Symptom

Facing the following error when accessing Onboarding 1.0: "Your seamless login has failed. Please contact your system administrator. "

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Onboarding application
  2. See the error : "Your seamless login has failed. Please contact your system administrator. "

Resolution

Validate if it is possible to access the instance in different browsers, for example if faced the issue using Chrome browser, attempt to access the instance using Edge or Mozilla browsers.

If the error still persists, clear the cache from the browsers.

Also attempt using incognito browsers.

If after all these steps were taken and the issue still persists, engage with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support by logging in an SAP Expert Chat or by creating a support case. Provide the following information

    • The list of all affected users include their Complete Name, UserID, or UserName
    • When did the issue first occured? Provide specific time and date
    • BizX Company ID and Support Access
