3472300 - Stories report not fetching attendance status for a user in a time slot

For the users in Learning who didn't attend a class time slot, in the stories report the no attendance is not being displayed when there is no comment in the comment section.

The system is working as expected.

The Engineering team confirmed the system behaviour and here are the details:

• The "Time slot attendance" entity in the story report pulls the data from the learning “PA_SCH_SEG_ATTENDANCE” table.
• This table holds the attendance status of those learners who attended the class, meaning attended 'Y'.
• For the learners who didn't attend the class, they should have some updates done like comments added/removed or marked attendance from Y to N on "Mark Attendance" page.
• This is how the data gets inserted into the PA_SCH_SEG_ATTENDANCE table. That's the reason the report only has those unattended users who have comments inserted.
