3472301 - You Noticed the Search Is Not Working Properly When Using the Search to Find Documents in Hebrew

You are using the system in Hebrew and noticed that when using the Searching or Filter function in the system, the result is not the same one as in English.

For example, you are searching for  Tasks in the system and you noticed that a few Tasks are not appearing when searching in Hebrew.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Access the system in Hebrew.
2. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
3. Go to the Business Task Management view.
4. Show All Tasks.
5. Search for the ID XYZ.
6. The document with ID XYZ does not appear.

Currently, this is the expected system behavior as the document was not created or maintained in the language Hebrew. As the document is only stored in English, the search does not find the ID in Hebrew.

You would need to maintain the description in the required language code to get these results in Hebrew or any other language.
