An IOT5 inspection is started for a stock that is already in Quality stock type (without having a QI reference). The quality inspection lot (and inspection document pair in decentral systems) is created. But the Posting Change material document is not assigned to this lot, and QALS-MBLNR (material document) field is empty in table QALS. This may cause problems in MD04 quantity calculations.
