3472358 - Enter a valid value for the SuccessFactors Learning integration URL - Confirming/Sealing Learning and HCM

In the BIZX configuration in Learning Administration, when clicking on "Confirm" to confirm the tenant integration between Learning and HCM/Platform, the "Enter a valid value for the SuccessFactors Learning integration URL" error occurs.

This error is because the backend Provisioning settings for the Learning Integration URI and Learning Integration API URI have a trailing "/" such as: [LMS Domain].sapsf.eu/.

1. Go to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >
2. Edit "BIZX" configuration >
3. In the "SuccessFactors Learning integration URL" text box, remove the "/" >
4. Click the "Confirm" button in the "Learning Integration Status" section >
5. The status should change to "Confirmed By Administrator" >
6. If the integration is correct, the "Request to Seal" button will be present >
7. In the "SuccessFactors Learning integration URL" text box, remove the "/" >
8. Click "Request to Seal".

Note: The “/” value in the “SuccessFactors Learning integration URL” entry can also cause problems in the Instance Refresh Tool (IRT) for Learning. Learning may not appear as an option in the IRT, even with the BizX-Learning integration correct, IRT for Learning is enabled in BizX provisioning, pairing was done, and the other requisites are met. If that happens, follow the above-mentioned steps.
