Responsible group assignment shows mandatory even for the Optional Tasks after the 1H_2405 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Task
2. Go to either Onboarding or Offboarding Program
3. Try to setup a new Task
4. If you try to setup a task as Optional task, the "Assigned To" still shows a mandatory
5. For Optional Task, this should not be mandatory.

The assignment of Tasks are now, regardless of Optional or Mandatory status, required to have an Assignee. The benefit of this is that now, Optional and Mandatory Tasks will always have a specific Assignee, to make Task ownership clear. 

Now, Optional Tasks (for example) must be assigned to a particular, specific Group. This also adds the benefit of ensuring "unassigned" Tasks are actionable by individuals who should not be able to act on the Task.
