Symptom

You are using the web service Manage Cash Payments "ManagePaymentOrderin" and the response is showing the error:

<Note>Changing TAX_CALC_BASE_AMT_GRS_AMT_IND not possible; field is read-only</Note>

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Execute the web service Manage Cash Payments - ManagePaymentOrderin
  2. The response shows the error:
    <Note>Changing TAX_CALC_BASE_AMT_GRS_AMT_IND not possible; field is read-only</Note>

Cause

A possible cause of the issue is a missing information in the payload

Resolution

Add the element <TaxCountryCode>XX</TaxCountryCode> in your payload

XX means the ISO Tax Country Code.
