3472369 - DB6: SWPM fails for the <SID>adm user - Error SQL0551N

Symptom

The SWPM tool cannot continue as the developer trace files for all work processes fail with a DB-connection issue.
The DB connection fails for the <SID>adm user from the application server instance.

Errors like the following are observed.  Note :some objects can be Virtual Tables.  This is identified by SQL0551N error.
The object should then be checked in the DBAcockpit - Virtual tables overview and where needed the object(table) should be
materialsed in the same view.

DbSlConnectDB6( SQLExtendedPrepare ): [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/LINUXX8664]
SQL0551N  The statement failed because the authorization ID does not have the required authorization or privilege to perform the operation. Authorization ID: "<SID>ADM".  Operation: "SELECT". Object: "SAP<SID>.<tab_name>".     

Note: the above operation can include SELECT, EXECUTE etc.
