Location and Job Classification are not visible in Offboarding Tasks

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Offboarding dashboard
  2. For some candidate the Location and Job Classification are visible but not for others

Cause

Known issue.

Resolution

Even with all permissions granted, the users are not able to see this info for all Offboardees due to values not being fetched.

This is a known issue and engineering is working on a fix for it.

Tentative fix date is on next 2411 release (18-Oct-24 preview and 15-Nov-24).
