3472377 - How to change Solr properties without downtime - SAP Commerce Cloud

In some cases there is the requirement to apply configuration changes to Solr server instances, although even after applying those in Backoffice under Facet Search Configurations and running Full-Indexing the server instances remains the same.

E.g.: In a Production environment with 4 Solr nodes(pods), if a collection has been created with Shard: 1 and Replication Factor: 1 and later to follow best practices you increase the replicas to 4 and run Full-Indexing, you'll notice that from Solr Admin Console this change is not reflected.
