During an upgrade to S/4HANA 2023 using SUM (Software Update Manager), below error occurs in the phase MAIN_SHDRUN/RUN_RSPTBFIL_INI_SHD:

Checking SAPupconsole.log, ACT_UPG phase had errors and they were accepted:

01)  -  Repeat phase MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG to continue at the point where it stopped.
02)  -  Initialize phase MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG to restart it from the beginning.
03)  *  Accept errors and repeat phase MAIN_SHDRUN/ACT_UPG.
04)  -  Exit Program
