The 1H 2024 Release added the 'Email Notifications Configuration' as a new item to be verified by the Check Tool, to verify the ownership of customized single sender domain.

When using a customized domain for the sender of system email notifications, the ownership of the domain needs to be verified so that domain can be set up to a customized single sender for email notifications.

This verification is requested for security reasons and starting on 2H 2024, when single sender is using an unverified domain, it is set to be invalid and the default sender will instead be used for system email notifications 

This new Check Tool item is added to verify the ownership of customized single sender domain, helping to avoid the invalidation of a customized single sender. 

Following the below steps you will be able to set Check Tool to verify the domain validation:

1. Open Check Tool > System Health;
2. Remove any pre-selected tags from 'Result Type' and 'Title' dropdown;
3. On 'Application' select 'Email Notification'
4. On 'Area' select 'Configuration'
5. Click on 'Go'
   1. The Check Tool will show the results of the verification.
