3472406 - Settings icon is not appearing using 'tabular layout’ in Analytical App

Symptom

- In some analytical apps (E.g. Monitor Purchase Order Items, Overdue Purchase Order Items), the 'Settings' icon is shown, but for other apps it is not.
- In the same app, according to view being used (e.g. Documents, Supplier, etc) the 'Settings' icon is shown or not.
