• You are using a SOAP based sender and/or receiver adapter in an Integration Flow on your Cloud Integration tenant. Examples of such adapter types are as follows -

  SOAP (SAP RM) Adapter
  SuccessFactors SOAP Adapter
  IDoc Adapter 
  
  
• Messages are failing due to an error being thrown at the adapter step. The error message indicates that there is an issue with the payload which is being sent to the adapter.
