3472413 - Payload Related Issues with SOAP Based Adapters in Cloud Integration

In SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration), message processing fails with an error indicating an invalid or malformed message payload. This issue is observed in Integration Flows using SOAP-based sender or receiver adapters, including:

• SOAP (1.x)
• SOAP (SAP RM)
• SuccessFactors (SOAP)
• IDoc

The error is raised at the adapter step and suggests the payload does not conform to the expected structure or schema.
