3472446 - A Guideline for Blackline ABAP add-on Installation/ Upgrade

As part of the SAP partner BlackLine Solutions for Finance, ABAP Add-on is installed on SAP side (SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC).

The compatible versions of add-on packages could be found  in SAP note 2788939 - Compatible versions of SAP Solution extensions for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise

and notes referred inside  or on  SAP Product availability matrix (https://support.sap.com/pam).

Accordingly the package could be downloaded from the  SAP Software Download Center (SWDC) and installed on your system by following the SAP  standard installation procedures.

However, you encounter  issues during the installation/upgrade of the Blackline Add-on and even not able to resolve it after reviewing all the information in this  guideline  and its references.

You may raise a case under component XX-PART-BKL with the following information to get further  support from Blackline.

From transaction SE16N, export the following table contents:

• E070 with owner field type: *BLACKLIN*
• PAT03 for package name:  *INBL*
• TEPSIN with subject = *INBL* 

Provide information from tables in Excel format or a screenshot from the transaction.
