Agency ownership details of candidate cannot be seen in Latest Applicant Workbench after the candidate applies to the job. This info can be seen in the Legacy Candidate Workbench.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Agency candidate is forwarded to a job requisition
2. Open the candidate in Latest Applicant Workbench
3. In Forwarded and Added to Requisition status, the agency ownership details can be seen by clicking on the info icon next to candidate name
4. After candidate applies to job, this icon is not available and the agency ownership details cannot be seen in Latest Applicant Workbench

This is currently expected behavior of the product

Our product team is working on an enhancement to the Latest Applicant Workbench to allow the agency ownership details to be seen even after agency candidate applies to the job
