3472522 - Getting an error "There are no extension fields to update." in Manage Flexible Hierarchy app.

Symptom

When using the Manage Flexible Hierarchy app (F2759), selecting the Upload Master Data option and uploading an Excel file results in the following error:
"There are no extension fields to update."
This error occurs even when the downloaded Excel file is re-uploaded without any modifications.
