3472526 - WebGUI: Ellipses shows for header name with FIORI-like valuehelp enabled

Symptom

- The header name is not fully displayed in the Search Help and Multiple Selection screen, making it difficult to recognize the field name on WebGUI (SAP GUI for HTML).
- The header name is displayed with ellipses on WebGUI, unlike it displays the full name on SAP GUI for windows.
- The issue is a general issue, happens with different transactions, fields on WebGUI
