3472529 - Planned cost not displayed under "Planned Cost and Revenue" tab despite already maintained in the "Manage Cost Rates - Services" app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When creating service order with service product, price is getting determined based on the pricing procedure that has been built. However, when saving the service order and going to the "Planned Cost and Revenue" tab, no cost is shown ("Ongoing Planned Cost" shows as "0.00" and "Ongoing Calculation Status" shows as "Not successful") although cost has been maintained for the service product in the "Manage Cost Rates - Services" app.

Cost rates are posted against the cost center related to the "Executing Service Employee".

The "Executing Service Employee" has to be maintained in the service item for planned costs to show up. If the partner function "Executing Service Employee" are excluded from service order items in the partner profile, the solution is to have this partner function available in the partner profile and main it in the service item, so that planned costs can be calculated.
