3472582 - [Onboarding] Responsible Group has to be added for both Custom and Standard Task

• Cannot create onboarding task without adding the responsible group for Not-required (Optional) Standard Task

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Go to Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks
2. Select Onboarding Programs
3. Select any program
4. Add any Standard task.
5. Set required as No.
6. Do not add the responsible group
7. Finished button is not enable

• This is a standard requirement after the 1H 2024 Release.
• We have introduced a behavioral change to the optional tasks.
• This was done to avoid the scenario where Tasks were being created, but no responsible user was being assigned to them. As a result, some tasks were actional by individuals who didn't have access/permission to the task.

• It is required to add the responsible group for both Standard and Custom task whether the task is optional or required post release 1H 2024.
