3472587 - How to migrate Asset under Construction (AuC) with Revaluation/Inflation depreciation area

Symptom

Legacy data takeover in asset accounting has the requirement to migrate Asset under Construction (AuC) wich have revaluation depreciation area (or Inflation area).
When trying to add values with Transaction code ABLDT_OI, the Revaluation/Inflation areas are not open to add values.
