Symptom

When user A attempts to create an object such as Calculation View under package B from the Content folder,  the following error message appears: 

Object Creation Error
Not allowed to create objects under package B as you don’t have write access to this package.

"Images/data in this KBA are from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
